How's the visibility when the seat is moved to the maximum position? Does it make them feel like a sardine? We're here to help you, tall people. Here are the worst and best cars for tall people.

1. Fiat 500

When it was first introduced, the Fiat 500 was the smallest mass-produced car in the world so, needless to say, very tall people might find them a little cramped. It was designed to be tiny for navigating narrow city streets in places like Italy and France.

2. Mazda MX-5 Miata

It should come as no surprise that this adorable miniature sports car isn't the best choice for tall people. It's set low to the ground and offers limited headroom and legroom making it not an optimal option for anyone over six feet tall.

3. Toyota Tacoma

Just because it's a big truck doesn't mean it's suitable for tall people. A test by Consumer Reports found the Toyota Tacoma to be lacking in driver comfort for tall people.

4. Toyota Supra

This zippy little sports car is set low to the ground, making it aerodynamic, but hard to get in and out of if you're a tall person.

It only has 38 inches of headroom and if you have big feet, it might be tricky to have them resting on the peddles.

5. Porsche 918 Spyder

If a rare sports car is your thing, you might want to skip spending $845,000 on this baby if you're a tall person. According to Consumer Report testing, it was one of the worst cars for tall people. Your legs and your wallet will thank you for avoiding this bad boy.

6. Jeep Gladiator

You may expect a car this size to be spacious; however, in this case, there's hardly any room inside. Tall people complain they barely have enough legroom with the seat all the way back.

7. Hyundai Kona Electric

The Hyundai Kona Electric is an SUV but a small one, so some taller people say it lacks adequate legroom. This is particularly the case in the back seat, so if you're a tall parent with lanky teenagers, it might not be the best car for you.

8. Hyundai Veloster

Another car that ranked as one of the ten worst cars for tall people on Consumer Report's list was the Hyundai Veloster. It only has around 38 inches of headroom so if you're over 6'2" it might feel too low.

9. Polestar 2

Although the Polestar 2 is spacious in the front, the rear seats are a different story.

There's only 37 inches of headroom and 33 inches of legroom making it impossible if you have tall friends or kids riding back there.

10. Honda Insight

The Honda Insight also ranked as one of the worst cars for tall people on Consumer Report's list. This is mainly due to the low seating position which makes it hard to get in and out of. The sloped roof might also cause some visibility issues for very tall drivers.

Now that we've talked about the cars you shouldn't be buying if you're very tall, let's go over some of the ones that are more suitable.

1. BMW 7

The BMW 7 was listed as one of the best cars for tall people according to Consumer Report's list. The car offers 40 inches of headroom and 41.4 inches of legroom, accommodating even those over 6'5". Even the rear offers enough space for tall passengers to feel comfortable.

2.  Porsche Cayenne

You might associate Porsche with small but mighty little sports cars, but the company also knows how to accommodate tall customers. The car is set high enough up that it's comfortable to get in and out of, has highly adjustable, ergonomic seating, and plenty of legroom and headroom in the front and back.

3. Audi Q7

This hatchback might not look that large, but somehow the interior feels as roomy as an SUV.

The Honda Pilot is a great choice for families with some height on them, with every passenger having ample room to spread their legs. The vehicle and driver's seat are elevated making for a comfortable entry and easy visibility for tall drivers.

Don't let your height dissuade you from getting that dream muscle car. The new Ford Mustang comes equipped with a lovely 44.5 inches of legroom and 38 inches of headroom.
